Kevin & I started hiking from the Silver-Grizzly Gulch Trailhead by headlamp and cruised the easy trail to the saddle northeast of Redcloud Peak before sunrise. This is the standard approach for 14ers Redcloud and Sunshine.

We skirt about 100 feet below UN 13,832 on its south side, opting to summit it on the return trip. We forge ahead to UN 13,811.
